With a beauty career spanning over 20 years, including 8 as a Licensed Esthetician and Body Art Practitioner, Julie has mastered the artistry of permanent cosmetic and paramedical tattooing. Her exceptional skills and integrity as a beauty professional have led her work to be featured at Sacramento Fashion Week and fashion shows, receive publications in magazines, and be selected as a judge in multiple beauty pageants. Beyond the brush strokes and ink, Julie’s heart beats for empowerment, aspiring to uplift and inspire self-love and confidence in men and women everywhere. Instilling confidence is more than a career—it's a heartfelt mission and movement, fueled by an unwavering passion.  

In September 2024, Julie Cha Cruz, owner of JCruz Beauty Bar, has been recognized as one of The Sacramento Bee's Top 20 AAPI Change Makers.
